This charming and sunny apartment is part of one of the original farmhouses, the building dates back to the 18th century. It is composed of hand-made brick, timber-beamed ceilings and terracotta tile floors. There are two entrance doors to these apartment, one which leads to an entrance hall with a sofa bed transformable in bunk bed and another which leads to the kitchen/dining area. There is one bedroom with a king size bed and a complete bathroom. The furniture throughout the accommodation is of the typical Tuscan style and is antique. The kitchen contains the original fireplace and is equipped with the following: marble countertops, fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, kitchenware, silverware.
The front entrance leads out to the old farmyard which is filled with lemon trees and geraniums. There is garden furniture with an umbrella, tables and chairs. The north entrance leads in a private garden with a patio furnished with table and chairs were you can enjoy staying “al fresco”and a BBQ. The shared amenities of the estate are only five meters from the old farmyard. Satellite TV and free Wifi are available in Puledra as well as an independent central heating unit.
